Shipping Policy

  • Singles orders are shipped with Australia Post Pre-paid envelops (or similar), flat-rate Australia wide:
    • Standard Small Letter with tracking at $4.95
    • Express Letter with tracking at $9.95
  • All other products are shipped with Australia Post parcel post Australia wide:
    • Standard from $9.95
    • Express from $19.95
    • Conditions applies on larger parcel and bulky items, additional cost may apply
  • Free standard shipping for $70+ TCG singles orders and $200+ orders on other products. Conditions applies on larger parcel and bulky items, additional cost may apply 
  • Orders are shipped to the address entered in the checkout and are supplied with a tracking number to help you track the status of the parcel.
  • It is the buyer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at the time of placing an order.
  • Authority to leave is provided on default for all shipments on tracked letters. Signature required on default for all parcel shipments. Authority to leave can be requested and must be notified when the order is placed. We will not be able to give authority to leave after the shipment is prepared and the tracking is raised.
  • Orders of in-stock items are aimed to be processed and shipped within 1 business days. In general, all orders are shipped within 2 business days.
  • Pre-order items will required additional time to process after the release dates depending on the availability of stock.
  • Standard shipping can take between 2 - 10 business days depending on location, but in most cases it will arrive within 5 business days.
  • Express shipping can take between 2 - 3 business days.
  • If you haven’t received your order or you believe that there is an issue with the delivery, please send us a message at: enquiry@kccollectibles.com.au and we will assist you in locating your order.
  • We prefer not to ship to any sort of collection points (including Parcel Lockers and/or Newsgency collection points) due to previous issues with them. In some instances we may have to cancel and refund your order due to this. If you insist to have your order ship to a collection point, we do not take responisibility for any damage or lost shipment.
  • For international orders, please email enquiry@kccollectibles.com.au for a shipping quote before placing an order. Payment processing fees are non-refundable if you place the order without obtaining a quote and are not happy with the shipping cost and request a refund.
