Return and Refund Policy

Terms of Sale


These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between the customer (“you”) and KC Collectibles and apply to the ordering purchase, fulfilment and delivery of goods (“Goods”) from kccollectibles.com.au. By placing an order for Goods from KC Collectibles you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order. The Terms and Conditions contain important information about the ordering, processing, fulfilment and delivery of Goods.
KC Collectibles reserves the right to cancel, at any time before delivery and for whatever reason, an Order that it has previously accepted. KC Collectibles may do this for example, but without limitation, where:
(a) KC Collectibles suppliers are unable to supply Goods that they have previously promised to supply;
(b) an event beyond KC Collectibles' control, such as storm, fire, flood, earthquake, terrorism, power failure, war, strike or failure of computer systems, means that KC Collectibles is unable to supply the Goods within a reasonable time;
(c) Goods ordered were subject to an error on the Website, for example, in relation to a description, price or image, which was not discovered prior to the Order being accepted;
(d) you ask KC Collectibles to cancel your Order 

What if I change my mind or the item was faulty?


KC Collectibles can only accept return and refund of items if: 

  • The returned item(s) must be sealed and in brand new condition;
  • There must be proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order number);
  • Any return postage and initial postage will be covered by the buyer.
  • The return or refund request is within 30 days of the product being dispatched from KC Collectibles for completed orders; and
  • The item is not a TCG or Trading Card Game item.
  • Occasionally Trading Card products may have minor cosmetic issues such as marking lines on the card or warped/bended card surface, these are normal damages resulted from printing and it's manufacturering process. KC Collectibles can not accept these as a reason for return and refund.
  • Cosmetic damage of products will be inspected during packaging and shipping process, however we can not garanteed damages will not be caused during transit, KC Collectibles can not accept return and/or refund due to cosmetice damages resulted during transit.

After your request of return or refund is accepted by KC Collectibles. You are liable to pay and arrange for the item to be returned to KC Collectibles. Refund of returned item can only be initiated after KC Collectibles receives and inspected the returned item(s) and only if the item(s) met the above terms and require further approval by KC Collectibles, then a refund will be issued to the original payment details less the appropriate bank and/or merchant charges.

Any returns found to have been opened, used or damaged will not be eligible for refund or exchange, and will be held until the customer pays the following additional fees to have the item reshipped:
  • An additional shipping fee is paid (To be calculated by order weight and size); and
  • A 10% processing and handling fee, or $20 if the item/order value is less than $200.

If return postage and handling fees are not paid by the customer within 30 days of returned item being received by KC Collectibles, the product will be considered abandoned and we will dispose of it.

Refund Process Time.


Returns generally take 2 - 8 business days to reach KC Collecticles and your return request will be processed within 1-3 business days after the item(s) is received by KC Collectibles.
For refunds, please note that your financial institution may need an extra 3-5 business days to clear the funds back into your account.

If you received an item you didn't order or the item(s) you received is damaged.


KC Collectibles strive to process your orders as fast and accurate as possible but error can occasionally occur. If you received an item different to the one you ordered, please send us a message at: enquiry@kccollectibles.com.au or on the contact us page and we will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

KC Collectibles will inspect for any damage on their products prior to dispatch, however occationally damage can be caused during shipping. If you received a damaged parcel, please send us a message at: enquiry@kccollectibles.com.au with as many photos as possible taken before and after opening the parcel as proof; showing both the damage on the parcel and the damage on the product itself. KC Collectibles will assess and work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

KC Collectibles can not accept return or refund of TCG or Trading Card Game products. These products include a random assortment of potential items and they can not be considered as faulty.
