Pre-order Policy
  • Pre-order items will required additional time to process after the release dates as indicated on respective product page.
  • The estimated arrival time (ETA) are not definitive, they are subject to change by the supplier occasionally due to delivery delays or supplier shortages.
  • Pre-order items are shipped once we received it from the supplier, unless there is a defined release date in which case we can only ship it out on the defined release date as specified by the manufacture.
  • If your order contain both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship out the entire order when all items in the order are available. If you required to have the in-stock items shipped first, please place separate order for the in-stock items, otherwise please contact us at enquiry@kccollectibles.com.au to arrange to have part of the order shipped first. Additional shipping charge may apply.
  • In the unforeseen event that the pre-order items are delayed or no longer available, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know the expected delay time, or if the items are no longer available, we can provide a full refund or you can option to hold onto the pre-order until more stock is available from the supplier.
