Shipping Policy

  • TCG Singles orders are shipped Australia wide with Australia Post Pre-paid envelops (or similar).
    • Standard Small Letter with tracking at $5.45
    • Express Letter with tracking at $10.95
    • Free Standard Shipping on $70+ TCG Singles Orders ($5.45 discount automatically applied to eligible orders)
  • All other products are shipped with Australia Post Standard Shipping with tracking (or similar).
    • Small parcels at $10.95
    • Extra large parcels at $19.95
  • If the shipping method chosen on the order is not suitable for fullfilling the order, i.e. shipping method for TCG Singles are chosen on an order containing other sealed products, the order will be fullfilled via the most suitable shipping method at the lowest cost, or additional shipping charge may incur and the order will not be fullfilled until the appropriate shipping cost is paid.
  • Express shipping may incur additional charge based on order size and weight. Please contact us at: enquiry@kccollectibles.com.au for a quote. You may also check out using the Standard shipping cost then contact us at enquiry@kccollectibles.com.au . We will get back to you if additional charge is required. It is the buyer's responsibility to contact us in a timely manner after the order is placed, we will not be able to change the shipping method if the order have been processed and shipped.
  • Orders are shipped to the address entered in the checkout and are supplied with a tracking number to help you track the status of the parcel.
  • It is the buyer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at the time of placing an order. Failure to provide the correct delivery may result in the order being shipped to the wrong address and becoming lost on transit. KC Collectibles can not be responsible for such lost and refund request will not be approved.
  • Orders of in-stock items are aimed to be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Pre-order items will required additional time to process after the release dates as indicated on respective product page.
  • Standard shipping can take between 2 to 10 business days depending on location, but in most cases it will arrive within 5 business days.
  • Express shipping can take between 2 to 3 business days.
  • If you haven’t received your order or you believe that there is an issue with the delivery, please send us a message at: enquiry@kccollectibles.com.au and we will assist you in locating your order.
  • International Shipping can sometimes be arranged. Rate will be quoted and must be paid before orders are processed and shipped. Rate and estimated delivery time vary depending on destination, the time of the year and order size and weight. Please make an enquiry at: enquiry@kccollectibles.com.au for a quote before placing your order.
  • KC Collectibles reserve the rights to amend the final shipping cost required to fullfill any order.
